Round Tripper Carts answer the call of transporting clean linen from an off premise laundry site to the customer and using the same cart to return soiled linen; TQ Industries has developed a choice of carts manufactured out of either fiberglass or aluminum.

Both series of carts meet health care's Joint Commission regulations for health care environments and all models are fire retardant!

Models TQ-1500 Fiberglass cart models are available in all standard sizes. Constructed out of heavy-duty fiberglass, this super strong cart will take the daily abuse of over the road transport. A benefit of fiberglass over poly is that it is easily repairable, by your engineering staff, allowing these models will stay in service many years . Easy to lift and maneuver, reinforced aluminum shelving has been designed to be ergonomic and easy for even small stature people to lift with ease.! Carts are finished smooth inside, no rough edges will be found and push handles help control cart. Attractive Décor colors and covers available. Carts are available with TQ Guard, which inhibits and blocks the growth of Bacteria, Mold and Mildew – the RX to keeping your transport carts clean and preventing cross contamination of linen.

Models HT are aluminum-constructed carts , which are super-strong and equipped with special features to make these models lightweight to easy to push . These aluminum carts can be constructed in special sizes – to fit any storage area situation. Enclosure bars are strategically placed every 6” on sides and back to keep linen inside the unit. Carts are sparkling silver in appearance and easy to clean.

Standard Features

Carts roll easily on large 6” or 8” precision ball bearing wheels and
   2 rigid and 2 swivel casters. Directional locking systems available
   on casters.

Shelving drops down to form wall to hold soiled linen and then can
   be transformed in to shelving.

Bumpers: Carts are protected with trimmed with lower perimeter
   bumper to create a cart that takes abuse but also protects the
   hospital hallways.

Cart Covers – sewn at our factory – in variety of materials and
   colors, denier or poly material.
