Cabinet: constructed from fire retardant fiberglass reinforced material. Fire-retardant
grade ASTM-E-84, Class 1,UCB Class 2 and Torch Test Class

Combined with an aluminum extruded channel 1.50" diameter to produce an integral
structure that is exceptionally durable. Cart has a seamless rounded interior that is
smooth and crack-free, making cleaning easy. Top, back and ends consist of
approximate thickness of 0.187" reinforced fiberglass.

Base Platform: Integral part of continuously molded upper structure with added two
layers of fiberglass and .50" fiberply core. Bottom area where casters are mounted
shall be reinforced with metal inserts 6" x 6" x 0.063". Total thickness approximately 1.00".

Doors: Equipped with a combination of 2 doors on front of cart and/or 2 top doors.
Top doors to expose a 20" wide X 40"long opening. Doors constructed from one-piece
seamless fiberglass .25" thick with stainless steel continuous piano hinges. Each fron
t door is equipped with a heavy-duty refrigerator type latch.

Casters: (standard ) Two 8" x 2" swivel and two rigid casters, mounted with bolts to
bottom plate of the truck. Caster are lubricated and sealed to permit steam cleaning
without damage to the bearings. Wheels (4) feature dual sealed ball bearings and
balloon cushion tires. Casters and wheels support a load of 2,000 lbs.

Bumper: Non Marking vinyl perimeter covered with rigid ABS edge guard.

Drain Holes: Equipped with two drain holes with rubber stopper attached to base.

Standard Colors: Aqua, Beige, Dark Blue, Gray, Slate Blue and Red.
